SENIOR PASTOR
Pastor Dixie Pebworth, along with his wife Ann founded God's Shining Light Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He preaches weekly on Sundays and Wednesdays at GSL, while ministering to various audiences and reaching hundreds of people with God’s Word on a weekly basis.
Pastor Dixie describes GSL as a hospital for the least of these. Those in need of a life healing Savior. "Our church is not like other churches, we are a place for the lost and wounded seeking freedom from addiction, homelessness, and reoffense. We are a healing place for those broken and abandoned. " –Dixie.
Dixie's life changing testimony from Prison to Heart Healing Pastor has transformed the lives of countless thousands through his Wings of Freedom Program. Dixie is the author of DEATH WAS MY NEXT STEP, his testimony of being sentenced to 80 years in prison, but God had other plans. His book has gone into countless prisons to bring hope to prisoners. His message is, if God will search for me and find me in the back corner of a prison cell, broken, lost and disgusted to tell me that He Loves Me, God will meet you wherever you are today. He will pick up the pieces of your life and bring restoration. Dixie's love and grace for people is heard in every message he preaches.
Dixie is also a businessman with multiple businesses, and the CEO of Wings of Freedom, one of America's Most Successful Sober Living Centers. You can find him weekly sharing his testimony of what God will do for you on his REAL Podcast, and daily on Daily Dose With Pastor Dixie.
His ministry is dedicated to bringing hope, help and healing to the least of these. His message is that God loves you no matter who you are or where you have been. He preaches the uncompromised Word of God, and his messages are transparent, uplifting, and practical.

Pastor David Harrelson
David has been married to Tami, lovingly called 'Moma T' for more than 30 yrs and have 8 children–3 Biological, 4 Adopted, 1 Foster
David's Experience has been extensive in business and ministry. He is Co-founder and CEO of DATA3 Corporation, while being full-time Youth Pastor at GSL.
David is an I.T. Business Professional, Entrepreneur, & Involved Citizen. After graduating Oklahoma State University David developed software-based systems for Texas Instruments in the HARM missile systems group. Designed Local and Wide area networks for Federal Express, and engineered Networks, Computing Systems and Data Centers for American Airlines. Software systems designed and written by David recovered in excess of 150 million dollars for the airline. After leaving American Airlines, David started a warranty recovery business which recovered over 200 million dollars for international airlines around the world. In 2001 David took his entrepreneurial leanings to a new level by co-founding DATA3 Corporation.
His Ministry experience is just as extensive. He has been GSL Youth Pastor since 2013. He was previously on the Leadership Team of ChurchOnTheMove Urban180, Inner City Youth Bus Ministry, and currently owns and runs his own non-profit ministry, Dads-Place Youth Ministries.
David, in his very limited spare time is a Youth Pastor & owns and operates Dads-Place youth ministries with his wife and children. Dads-Place is a 70-acre weekend youth camp filled with extreme activities for disadvantaged and Fatherless Tulsa area youth. The Christian based, no cost camp reaches at risk kids through "Volunteer Mentors" spending time doing outdoor activities like ATV riding, playing airsoft, fishing, archery, cooking over campfires, patriotic activities and much more.
Dads-Place works directly with DHS and other child placement organizations to find forever families for Oklahoma’s nearly 7,000 underprivileged and unplaced youth.

CHILDREN'S Pastor
Dr. Margo Bush is a minister with real passion for teaching kids, developing leaders, and transforming lives. She was called to the ministry when she was nineteen, and has served in various capacities since then. Her ministry at GSL includes developing a Children's Ministry that focuses on 3 important areas. Ministering to children, teaching parents, and developing leaders. She also oversees the Women of Valor Ministry at GSL.
Margo holds a Doctorate of Theology from West Virginia Christian University, taught at RHEMA Bible College, has her Music and Theater Degree, and teaches churches how to grow thriving organization through her coaching and consulting firm–Don't Do Church Alone.
Alongside her late husband, Margo pastored for more than 20 yrs, built Bush Publishing & Associates, a publishing company which publishes books by Pastors, Christian authors, ministers, and Kingdom Entrepreneurs. She has traveled, and ministered extensively internationally.
She has a humorous style with real-life, relevant stories that teach faith, purpose, and passion for God's Word.
She has two grown sons and two beautiful daughter-n-laws. Proud to be Gigi to five adorable grandchildren, and loves to teach the Bible and travel the world.
CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR
Pastor Levi Blue
In 2012, Levi Blue experienced a profound encounter with God which led him down a journey of healing, restoration, and purpose. In 2017, he started his college education at Oral Roberts University in a 4 year Ministry and Leadership degree, with a concentration in Evangelism and outreach. To hear the call of God and to reach the potential to serve God and the people who need to hear the goodness of God. He never thought he would be an associate pastor or a church administrator of a church that gives people a hand up and hope when times seem hopeless.
He is serving as church administrator and associate pastor. He has experience teaching in multiple areas such as martial arts, anger management, and Biblical teachings. He desires to help others through counseling, mentoring, preaching, and through his daily walk with Christ. To reach people who have been through the fires of life and down in the pits. It is however his desire to show them a better way, which is Jesus Christ.
Levi Blue has been married to his beautiful wife, Sarah and they have 2 children, a boy and a girl. He has attended God’s Shining Light Church since 2016.

Pastor Jim Rutherford
Jim Rutherford has served as an Associate Pastor at God’s Shining Light Church since 2008. He also serves on the Board of Freedom Ranch, Inc, which operates the Wings of Freedom program. Jim attended Ozark Christian College, Wichita State University, as well as the University of Tulsa.
Jim felt God’s call on his life at a youngster, having grown up in a family of well-known evangelists, pastors and church planters. Jim’s grandfather, dad, two uncles, a brother and several cousins were or are actively leading large, dynamic churches. Despite that upbringing, Jim spent almost 20 years as a prodigal son wandering in that “far country” as a bartender, bookmaker, and drug dealer. He would go through two federal trails and serve time in federal prison. But, God is forever faithful and through the life of an unborn child, brought Jim to his senses and back home, creating a powerful and compelling testimony of God’s love and faithfulness.
Jim began preaching in the mid-1990s, became a senior pastor in 1996 and founded SouthWest Christian Fellowship in 1999. In 2003, feeling God’s call to focus on prison ministry and evangelism, Jim stepped down from his position as a pastor. Jim has been privileged to work with Prison Fellowship Ministries and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association through their Operation Starting prison ministry. Jim has remarkable insight and understanding of God’s Word, and because he knows first-hand what it is like to walk far from God, he has a unique ability to speak God’s Word to people in ways they can easily understand, regardless of their background, social standing or spiritual knowledge.
Jim currently serves as Campus Pastor at God’s Shining Light, has two amazing daughters, three incredibly smart and beautiful grandchildren, and is very happily married to his wife, Nancy.

Chris (Big C)
"Big C" serves as the GSL Church Outreach Pastor. He’s and author, speaker and rap artist. Chris has released various music albums in English and Portuguese.
He is the President of Saving Our Generation Ministries & Grand Finale Jesus Movement. As a graduate of Oral Roberts University and Rhema Bible Training College, his passion is to to reach as many people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as possible in his lifetime.

CELEBRATE RECOVERY PASTOR
Terrie Dyer
Terrie Dyer is a grateful believer in Jesus Christ and the GSL Celebrate Recovery Pastor. She has been involved in CR since 2006. From 2008-2016 she was the Co-Ministry Leader alongside her late husband Davy. In January of 2017 she became GSL CR Pastor.
Her passion for addiction recovery comes from her history of being a meth addict when she was 18 yrs old. She continued using for the next 23 years until she walked into a little church in north Tulsa and heard Pastor Dixie Pebworth preach on–Hope. She walked in, under the influence, and walked out to never used again. That was 17 years ago.
